We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. (Some restrictions apply. Certain items may have different return policies.)
When returning item(s), shipping cost must be prepaid by you and please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Credit will be issued when an item is returned and evaluated and usually takes 3-7 days. To receive full credit, the item must be in original condition. There is a 20% restocking fee if the item has been opened or if the original packaging is damaged. The shipping cost is not refundable.
To exchange items, simply send back the items (shipping cost paid by you) and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with the item number you want to exchange it with. Your card will be credited for the returned item(s) and a charge will be created for the new item(s). Return shipping costs will be billed to the original credit card. There is no additional charge to exchange defective items.
Used bottles, straws, tubes, or accessories cannot be returned.
